The document has not been maintained, is not up to date and contains at least some information that could mislead someone. For example, the document discusses the use of magnesium brake parts. Modern FAA rules disallow the use of magnesium as a major constituent for some aircraft. There is only limited use of castings for structural components in wheels and brakes today as most of the structural parts are now made from forgings.
