This specification covers a corrosion and heat resistant nickel alloy in the form of investment castings.

These castings have been used typically for parts, such as turbine blades or vanes, requiring good strength and hot corrosion resistance to 1800 \mDF (980 \mDC), but usage is not limited to such applications.
