Full Description

This specification covers an aluminum alloy in the form of extruded bars, rods, wire, shapes, and tubing.

These products have been used typically for parts requiring moderate strength, especially where such parts require brazing or welding during fabrication, and which are to be subsequently solution and precipitation heat treated, but usage is not limited to such applications. May also be used as stock for flash welded rings.
