Full Description

This specification covers an acidic oxide remover compound in the form of a ready-to-use liquid, liquid concentrate, or water-soluble powder for dilution with water or for dilution with mineral acid as defined by the compound manufacturer. Primarily for removal of oxidation products from corrosion-resistant steels, nickel alloys, and cobalt alloys by immersion in a solution of the compound at elevated temperature or room temperature as recommended by the manufacturer of the product.
