The method is applicable to materials having phosphorus contents, expressed as diphosphorus pentoxide between 0,01 and 5 % (m/m). The arsenic content of the sample does not affect the determination. Specifies principle, reagents, apparatus, sampling and samples, procedure, expression of results and test report. An annex shows the flowsheet of the procedure for the acceptance of test results.
