Specifies qualities of hot-rolled steel sheet 3 mm or more thick, flats and bars. The maximum composition limits are given in table 1. The steels in the delivery condition shall comply with the mechanical properties specified in table 2. An annex refers to location and orientation of samples of bars and sections.
