Describes a flexible disk cartridge drive and defines functional and electrical (including logic signals) as well mechanical requirements of the interface for connecting conforming flexible disk drives to a host system. Applies to single- and double-sided disk drives using 200 mm (8 in) or 130 mm (5,25 in ) envelope-size flexible disks.
