Describes the absolute metrics and data now used to support member companies in several market sectors. Discusses the planned expansion of the program into other industry sectors, and the development of productivity benchmarking for both engineering and construction.

Explains how the establishment of global Performance Assessment Labs (PALs) will leverage local support, knowledge, and resources, while improving CII's service to member companies.
