Explains how data analyses shed light on the ways project jobsite organizations vary in size and makeup; presents insights into how they vary with respect to project type, contract type, and other parameters. Examines associations between size of jobsite organizations and project performance measures. Discusses lessons learned regarding the structuring and optimal staffing of jobsite organizations. Identifies ways in which owner/contractor jobsite organizations can work together more synergistically. Introduces craft-to-staff ratio as metric for gauging jobsite organization on the basis of varying project characteristics.
