1.1This test method covers the procedures for determining the resistance to edgecombing of a woven fabric used in inflatable restraints.

1.2Procedures and apparatus other than those stated in this standard may be used by agreement of purchaser and supplier with the specific deviations from the standard practice acknowledged in the report.

1.3The values stated in SI units are to be regarded as standard. No other units of measurement are included in this standard.
