This specification covers reinforced arch-shaped concrete pipe to be used for the conveyance of sewage, industrial wastes, storm water, and for the construction of culverts.This specification agrees with ASTM C 506M-13a and C 506-13a except that the absorption test is limited to the 5-h boil method, the use of synthetic fibers is at the option of the owner, and the method of acceptance is changed as per Sections 11.1 and 11.5.3.3
