Full Description
This practice describes furnishing and applying a High Friction Surface Treatment (HFST) for asphalt and concrete pavements. The HFST is comprised of a minimum of a single layer using a binder resin system and surface-applied aggregate. Binder resin systems include polymeric and methyl methacrylate resins.This provisional standard was first published in 2014.
